What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and performance for multiple statements of work using Earned Value Management (EVM) tools.
Track budget actuals against predictions and analyze variance reports to ensure financial performance aligns with baselines.
Calculate and enter Estimate to Complete (ETC) data into the financial system on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with technical teams to meet program objectives and develop status reports for stakeholders.
Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential cost and scheduling risks.
Support proposal activities by developing packages for cost, schedule, and change requests.
Monitor labor resources and review actual hours for time charging accuracy and alignment with the master schedule.
Coordinate Earned Value Change Requests (EVCRs) with business management and scheduling teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of applicable experience, or 3 years with a Master’s Degree.
Experience in project management and/or control account management.
Experience with CAM and EVM methodologies.
Experience in contracts executing full earned value management.
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for positions with a government clearance.
PMP Certification, experience in IPTs, risk management, and active Secret clearance are preferred.
