As a Site Lead, you will manage a team of field service technicians at customer locations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met. Success requires strong communication skills, technical expertise in electronic repair, and the ability to manage complex projects independently while maintaining safety standards in demanding industrial settings.
Coordinate daily activities and shift schedules for a team of field service technicians to meet production goals.
Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment at customer sites.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to resolve issues and manage escalations.
Mentor junior technicians by providing technical guidance and ensuring they follow established safety procedures.
Manage inventory of parts and tools while tracking repair cycle times and maintenance logs.
Ensure all scheduled maintenance is completed within deadlines and meets quality standards.
Prepare formal reports, project updates, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
What we're looking for
Engineering degree in a related field (industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical) or 8+ years of experience in an electrical/mechanical field service role.
Minimum of 8 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing advanced integrated electrical and electronic systems.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervision experience.
Must be able to pass a TSA eQIP background check.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn specialized software programs.
Linux experience (preferred).
Certification in networking or systems integration, such as A+ or CCNA (preferred).
