Materials Associate

What you'll do

• Process shipping and receiving activities at the Quincy facility.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
• Generate all required outbound documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
• Track and record material movements across different sites to ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Manage inventory levels by identifying stock needs, labeling materials, and reporting shortages.
• Perform regular cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials onto trucks and loading docks.
• Courier inventory between the Quincy and Quonset locations as needed.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; certification is preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Must be familiar with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other warehouse management and inventory control tools.
• Must be familiar with inventory management through lot, serial, and batch tracking.
• Preferred experience includes working in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Preferred skills include handling hazardous shipments and using Microsoft Office or similar tools.
