What you'll do

Process shipping and receiving activities at the Quincy and Quonset locations.
Prepare finished products for shipment by pulling, packing, crating, labeling, and loading items.
Generate all required outbound documentation including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
Manage material movement between sites to ensure accurate transaction records.
Execute cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
Maintain stock levels by identifying, labeling, and recording the location of materials.
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move items across loading docks and warehouses.
Courier inventory and parts between company locations as needed to meet production schedules.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a warehouse associate or in an equivalent role.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience; forklift certification is preferred.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other warehouse management and inventory control tools.
Experience with inventory management through lot, serial, or batch tracking.
Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing effectively.
Preferred experience in the defense/aerospace industry or handling hazardous shipments.
