ServiceNow Product Owner

What you'll do

• Lead requirements discovery, process analysis, and solution design for the ServiceNow platform.
• Define functional designs that align with enterprise standards and long-term architectural goals.
• Promote out-of-the-box capabilities and AI-first designs to reduce technical debt.
• Act as the primary platform representative to guide business stakeholders through solution decisions.
• Facilitate design workshops to align business priorities with available platform capabilities.
• Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Incorporate ServiceNow licensing considerations into designs to ensure cost-effective usage.
• Develop reusable patterns and best practices for the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience across multiple modules including ITSM, SPM, APM/EA, IRM, HAM, and SPO.
• Must have 5+ years of experience leading major enterprise-wide or transformational ServiceNow initiatives.
• Experience with fresh ServiceNow implementations or modernizing legacy environments into greenfield architectures is required.
• Strong background in solution design, requirements analysis, and stakeholder facilitation within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate as a core member of a mature platform team including architects, developers, and offshore resources.
• Must have 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing and packaging to assess entitlement and cost implications during design.
