What you'll do
Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution designs focusing on AI-assisted workflows.
Design automation using ServiceNow capabilities like NOW Assist GenAI, Flow Designer, and Virtual Agent.
Define success metrics for automation and AI solutions to ensure consistent outcomes.
Own functional deliverables including process definition, testing, training, and continuous improvement.
Drive adoption of self-service and automation to enhance end-user experience and reduce manual effort.
Ensure data consistency across ServiceNow and integrated systems for automation-related information.
Contribute to core platform areas such as CMDB, CSDM, Employee Center Pro, and Asset Management.
What we're looking for
At least 10 years of experience implementing SaaS business systems.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple workflows.
Proven ability to design and implement automation and self-service solutions on ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ITSM best practices (Incident, Problem, Change).
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem.
