ServiceNow Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business demand into a prioritized platform backlog and engineering delivery plan.
• Manage the ServiceNow license portfolio to track consumption and prevent under-licensing or shelfware spend.
• Define and report business-outcome metrics such as adoption, automation coverage, and cost avoidance.
• Establish platform governance standards for configuration, customization, and technical-debt discipline.
• Lead the roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agent Studio.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align platform strategy with data governance and change policies.
• Communicate platform value and roadmap progress to senior leadership and the ESM Steering Committee.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years owning the strategy and roadmap for an enterprise SaaS platform.
• Direct ServiceNow product or platform ownership experience is strongly preferred over general platform-PM experience (preferred).
• Must have 6+ years of ITSM experience in a large, matrixed enterprise with working fluency in ITIL 4 practices.
• Must have a hands-on record of using AI or agentic AI to modernize a ServiceNow or ITSM platform.
• Must possess strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills to build consensus among senior leaders.
• Must have experience owning software license and consumption management for an enterprise platform, including building ROI cases.
• Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
