ServiceNow Product Architect

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end architecture for assigned ServiceNow products from discovery through lifecycle improvement.
• Lead architecture reviews and design-authority forums to approve designs and establish platform guardrails.
• Qualify and prioritize new ideas, enhancements, and technical debt into ready features and stories.
• Design integration approaches using IntegrationHub, APIs, events, and MID Servers.
• Apply CMDB/CSDM principles and guide the adoption of Now Assist and AI governance patterns.
• Build prototypes, perform code reviews, and remove technical blockers for developers and vendors.
• Maintain the product architecture roadmap and prioritize technical debt and platform-health improvements.
• Provide technical direction to implementation partners and validate deliverables to ensure knowledge transfer.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise platform/application delivery experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across architecture, configuration, integration, and lifecycle ownership.
• Proven ownership of solution architecture in a large enterprise, translating business goals into scalable, secure, and supportable designs.
• Current hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scoped applications, JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs/REST/SOAP, and security controls.
• Experience with Service Graph, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance/data certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise ERP/HR/CRM/identity/security systems in a 24x7 global environment.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred.
