Lead Software Engineer, HRSD

What you'll do

• Develop, design, and execute high-quality production code and algorithms for secure, scalable systems.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring all software code meets design constraints.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, specifically the HRSD module.
• Develop and manage custom widgets, pages, and UI elements to enhance the end-user Service portal experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using REST APIs.
• Analyze large datasets to create visualizations and identify patterns that improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Debug system issues and implement proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability.
• Mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• 6+ years of extensive ServiceNow experience leading the design, development, and implementation.
• 2+ years of experience with the HRSD module.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Experience developing custom widgets, pages, and UI elements for the ServiceNow Service portal.
• Experience with system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM (preferred).
• ServiceNow Certifications (preferred).
