ServiceNow Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Asset Management modules.
• Configure core ITSM processes including incident, change, problem, and request management.
• Build end-to-end Field Service Management solutions including dispatching, scheduling, and mobile app extensions.
• Develop self-service experiences on Service Portal and Employee Center using widgets, pages, and themes.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and orchestrate cross-system integrations via Integration Hub.
• Build custom scoped applications on the Now Platform following best practices for tables, business rules, and ACLs.
• Deliver ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB health maintenance.
• Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle and perform core platform administration across all environments.

What we're looking for

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, architecture, and delivery across ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITOM, and HAM.
• Certified ServiceNow professional: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-CSM.
• Experience designing and implementing CSM, FSM, and ITOM solutions including Discovery and CMDB design.
• Proficiency in server-side logic, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience developing custom scoped applications on App Engine and building Service Portal/Employee Center experiences.
• Hands-on experience with MID Server setup, clustering, and core platform administration.
• CIS-Discovery or CIS-Hardware Asset Management certification (preferred).
