What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications, modules, and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other scripting components.
Develop and support integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, and standard methods.
Perform general platform operations including incident triage, access provisioning, and administrative tasks.
Partner with stakeholders to align platform solutions with business needs across ITSM and ITOM.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to assess the technical impact of proposed changes.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide visibility into platform data.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations, systems, or platforms.
Three or more years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM, Discovery, or Service Mapping (preferred).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CI lifecycle management, and data standards (preferred).
Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and platform integrations using REST or SOAP (preferred).
