What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications, modules, and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other scripting components using Glide APIs.
Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
Perform general platform operations including incident triage, access provisioning, and administrative tasks.
Partner with stakeholders to align platform solutions with business needs across ITSM and ITOM modules.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to assess the technical impact of proposed changes.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide visibility into platform data.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to mature the ServiceNow platform's capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations, systems, or platforms.
Three or more years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices (preferred).
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other web services for platform integrations (preferred).
Knowledge of CMDB, CI lifecycle management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSMD (preferred).
Additional certifications such as CAD or CIS-Discovery are nice to have.
