What you'll do

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities using industry best practices.
  • Build and support workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and catalog items.
  • Develop custom applications and modules using the ServiceNow App Engine.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical solutions for various business functions like ITSM and HRSD.
  • Assist with data imports, transformation maps, APIs, and automated workflows.
  • Investigate and resolve defects, incidents, and platform issues while supporting upgrades and deployments.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and platform configurations.

What we're looking for

  • Experience configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web application concepts.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
  • Two or more years of software engineering, analysis, or related technology experience.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, source control, and deployment practices.
  • Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or related degrees (preferred).
  • Work authorization.
