Senior Engineer, Software Engineering, ServiceNow Platform Admin

What you'll do

• Manage, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform's stability, access, and workflows.
• Execute the SDLC process including update set management, environment deployment, and production cloning.
• Identify and apply necessary platform upgrades, patches, and plugins.
• Manage mid-servers and integrations with other applications via APIs, discovery, and events.
• Monitor and manage license usage to ensure entitlements are not exceeded.
• Create and update UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data security.
• Build scoped applications, custom workflows, and tailored modules within the ServiceNow environment.

What we're looking for

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• 1–3+ years of experience handling day-to-day ServiceNow administration.
• Two or more years of software engineering, analysis, or related technology experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Foundational understanding of ITIL frameworks, DevSecOps principles, and relational databases.
• Experience with core ServiceNow domains such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.
• Experience with Angular, React, or similar modern UI frameworks.
• Work authorization.
