The Sentinel Program Manager 3 supports the GN&C GSI IPT for the Sentinel program. In this role, you will provide programmatic oversight and brief internal and external customers on status and challenges. You will execute the program operational rhythm, lead proposal efforts, and develop strategies to execute the full scope of work for various initiatives. Key responsibilities include tracking performance metrics for cost and schedule using Earned Value Management and monitoring progress against the Integrated Master Schedule. You will collaborate with product team leads across Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, Analysis and Algorithms, and Software. This position requires managing a program or function within a large system development-type contract, addressing technical quality, risk management, and planning for complex defense and aerospace systems.

What you'll do

Execute the Sentinel program operational rhythm to ensure timely progress across all program phases.
Lead proposal efforts to develop comprehensive documents that meet organizational standards and customer needs.
Provide programmatic oversight of project execution in collaboration with Systems Engineering, Integration, and Software teams.
Track and report on program performance metrics for cost and schedule using Earned Value Management.
Establish and monitor progress toward key project milestones in accordance with the Integrated Master Schedule.
Brief internal and external customers and program leadership on status, challenges, and risk management.
Manage a program function by setting objectives and providing guidance to subordinates based on company policy.
Develop strategies to execute the full scope of work while promoting continuous improvement and business alignment.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Bachelor's degree with experience, or a Master's degree with experience, or experience in lieu of a degree.
6 years of experience leading a Program/Projects and driving performance against a schedule.
Experience with the application of Earned Value Management (EVM) in an applicable system.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to brief Segment, Program, and Customer leadership (preferred).
Experience leading interdisciplinary, major program event efforts on defense or aerospace programs (preferred).
