What you'll do

  • Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion.
  • Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of tooling programs.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for program activities and review sessions.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Direct the work of employees across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, cost, schedule, legal, and security risks.
  • Manage NCTA budgets with financial rigor and predictability.
  • Ensure on-time execution by collaborating across program and functional teams.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, OR a Master’s degree and 6 years of related experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience leading a Program / Projects and driving performance against a schedule.
  • Experience in project management/execution and closeout.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EV) in an applicable system.
  • Background/experience in rapid development and prototyping (preferred).
  • Background/experience in ICBM programs (preferred).
