What you'll do

Lead the planning and execution of the program replan to establish a post-OmniMod performance baseline.
Direct a cross-functional team to coordinate and execute IIR4 and IBR readiness and artifact development.
Own the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Plan/Schedule (IMP/IMS) and drive critical path analysis.
Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, including variance analysis and monthly performance reporting.
Partner with engineering, finance, contracts, and supply chain teams to align cost, schedule, and technical baselines.
Manage program risks, issues, and opportunities by implementing mitigation plans and decision forums.
Establish and run recurring program rhythms, including IPTs, CAM forums, and executive reviews.
Mentor junior program staff and IPT leads on scheduling, risk management, and replan execution best practices.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience in program management, schedule replan, or systems integration.
Must have a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
Must have experience leading multi-IPT replan/restructure efforts and resolving complex schedule/cost integration issues.
Must have experience with scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera P6, schedule analysis, and integrated master schedule practices.
Must have experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and coordinating with EVM teams.
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
