What you'll do

Lead program execution across safety, quality, schedule, technical requirements, and cost.
Create and execute the step-by-step roadmap required to pass the Functional Configuration Audit for all three rocket motor stages.
Manage program budgets, forecast financial performance, and participate in monthly business management reviews.
Apply Integrated Master Schedules and Earned Value Management principles to monitor and control performance.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while initiating necessary corrective actions.
Chair the Configuration Control Board and the Intellectual Property Board for the Sentinel Program.
Negotiate contracts, modifications, and pricing terms in partnership with prime and government customers.
Identify and shape new business opportunities by leveraging existing propulsion systems capabilities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
10 years’ experience supporting US Government contracts or customers in a manufacturing environment.
5 plus years’ experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a Program/Project Manager, IPT, or CAM.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Experience in cost reduction strategies, lean manufacturing principles, and quality improvement tools like Six Sigma, PES, or TPS.
Experience in managing suppliers.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Earned Value Management experience (preferred).
Background in Systems Engineering (preferred).
Experience in solid rocket motor manufacturing (preferred).
