What you'll do

Manage program execution across safety, quality, schedule, technical requirements, and cost.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to identify and win new contract opportunities.
Oversee program budgets, forecast financial performance, and maintain Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability.
Chair the Configuration Control Board and Intellectual Property Board for the Sentinel Program.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while initiating necessary corrective actions.
Monitor performance using Integrated Master Schedules and Earned Value Management principles.
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to program managers, interns, and cross-functional team members.
Negotiate contracts, modifications, pricing, and terms with prime and government customers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
10 years of experience supporting US Government contracts or customers in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading tasks on schedule and at cost as a Program Manager, IPT, or CAM.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Experience with cost reduction strategies, lean manufacturing principles, and quality improvement tools like Six Sigma.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for the position.
Preferred experience in Earned Value Management, Systems Engineering, and solid rocket motor manufacturing.
