What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution for the Mobile Sentry platform and related maneuver systems initiatives.
  • Drive hardware development from initial concept through prototype builds, integration, and production readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams including mechanical, electrical, software, autonomy, and manufacturing.
  • Manage complex system integrations involving vehicle platforms, sensors, communications, power systems, and mission payloads.
  • Identify technical and programmatic risks early to develop mitigation strategies for leadership alignment.
  • Partner with manufacturers and suppliers to mature products for scalable production and long-term sustainment.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and reuse hardware components across multiple product lines and business units.
  • Communicate program health, technical decisions, and key milestones to engineering and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
  • 8-10+ years of experience leading complex hardware product development programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated electromechanical systems from concept through production.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts across multiple hardware and software disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, manufacturing, validation, qualification, and production readiness.
  • Proven ability to influence technical decisions and align diverse stakeholders without direct management authority.
  • Experience partnering with suppliers and manufacturing organizations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
