As a Staff Technical Program Manager for Anduril’s Sentry Maneuver Systems team, you will lead the development of next-generation autonomous force protection platforms by driving hardware development from concept through production and deployment. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Platform Architecture, and Chief Engineers to align technical execution across multiple engineering disciplines including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Software, Autonomy, and Manufacturing. Your role involves coordinating complex system integration activities, establishing integrated development plans, and mitigating risks while ensuring scalable production and long-term sustainment. Success in this position requires expertise in electromechanical systems, vehicle integration, and experience with hardware development lifecycles, as well as strong communication skills to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution for the Mobile Sentry platform and related initiatives.
  • Drive hardware development from concept through production readiness and deployment.
  • Partner with Product Managers to align platform architecture and product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate complex system integration activities across multiple engineering teams.
  • Establish integrated development plans and execute strategies for concurrent efforts.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex hardware product development programs.
  • Proven track record in delivering sophisticated electromechanical systems from concept to production.
  • Strong background in systems integration, manufacturing, validation, qualification, and production readiness.
  • Experience influencing technical decisions and aligning diverse stakeholders without direct management authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Secret security clearance required.
  • Familiarity with developing autonomous systems, robotics, defense systems, or aerospace products.
