What you'll do

Lead technical execution for the Mobile Sentry platform and related maneuver systems initiatives.
Drive hardware development from initial concept through prototype builds, integration, and production readiness.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams including mechanical, electrical, software, autonomy, and manufacturing.
Manage complex system integrations involving vehicle platforms, sensors, communications, power systems, and mission payloads.
Identify technical and programmatic risks early to develop mitigation strategies for leadership alignment.
Partner with manufacturers and suppliers to mature products for scalable production and long-term sustainment.
Identify opportunities to standardize and reuse hardware components across multiple product lines and business units.
Communicate program health, technical decisions, and key milestones to engineering and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
8-10+ years of experience leading complex hardware product development programs.
Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated electromechanical systems from concept through production.
Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts across multiple hardware and software disciplines.
Strong understanding of systems integration, manufacturing, validation, qualification, and production readiness.
Proven ability to influence technical decisions and align diverse stakeholders without direct management authority.
Experience partnering with suppliers and manufacturing organizations throughout the product lifecycle.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
