What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution for shared hardware and software capabilities including power systems, communications, and platform software.
  • Drive the development lifecycle from initial concept through prototype builds, integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Align shared platform capabilities with product roadmaps by partnering with Product Managers and engineering leadership.
  • Synchronize platform roadmaps with integrated product milestones across different business lines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and manufacturing engineering teams.
  • Drive the standardization, modularity, and reuse of common technologies across the Sentry product family.
  • Identify technical and programmatic risks early to develop mitigation strategies and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to mature technologies for scalable production and long-term sustainment.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 5–8+ years of experience leading complex hardware and/or software product development programs.
  • Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated hardware, software, or electromechanical technologies from concept through production.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, platform development, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp.
  • Experience leading highly cross-functional engineering efforts spanning multiple technical disciplines.
  • Proven ability to influence technical decisions across organizations without direct management authority.
  • Experience partnering with suppliers, manufacturing organizations, and engineering leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
