Success in this role requires a strong background in systems integration, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp, as well as experience with compute platforms, power systems, communications, and platform software.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical execution for shared Sentry platform technologies from concept to production.
  • Drive development of pan-tilt units, compute, power systems, and communications across products.
  • Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with mission requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across multiple engineering disciplines for platform technologies.
  • Communicate roadmap status and program health to engineering and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex hardware and software product development programs.
  • Proven track record delivering sophisticated technologies from concept to production.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts across multiple technical disciplines.
  • Ability to drive execution and influence technical decisions without direct management authority.
  • Familiarity with DFM/DFA, qualification testing, supplier readiness, reliability engineering, and manufacturing scale-up.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
