JOB TITLE: Staff Technical Program Manager, Sentry Platform Technologies The Staff Technical Program Manager, Sentry Platform Technologies, leads the development of shared hardware and software capabilities for the Sentry product family. Joining the Sentry Platform Technologies team, you will drive technical execution from concept through prototype development, system integration, qualification, and production. You will manage complex projects involving pan-tilt units, compute, power systems, communications, and platform software. The role requires coordinating cross-functional efforts across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Reliability, and Test engineering teams. You must align shared technology investments with mission requirements for Counter-Intrusion, Air Defense, and Maritime business lines. Success involves driving standardization, modularity, and reuse of foundational technologies to accelerate product development and improve reliability across the Sentry portfolio while managing technical risks and dependencies.

What you'll do

Lead technical execution for shared Sentry platform technologies including compute, power systems, and communications.
Drive development from initial concept through prototype builds, integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
Align shared platform capabilities with product roadmaps and mission requirements by partnering with stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and manufacturing engineering teams.
Drive standardization, modularity, and reuse of common technologies across the Sentry product family.
Identify technical and programmatic risks early and develop mitigation strategies across engineering organizations.
Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to mature technologies for scalable production and sustainment.
Communicate roadmap status, technical decisions, and program health to engineering and executive leadership.

What we're looking for

8–10+ years of experience leading complex hardware and/or software product development programs.
Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated hardware, software, or electromechanical technologies from concept through production.
Strong understanding of systems integration, platform development, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp.
Experience leading highly cross-functional engineering efforts spanning multiple technical disciplines.
Proven ability to drive execution and influence technical decisions across organizations without direct management authority.
Experience partnering with suppliers, manufacturing organizations, and engineering leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
