What you'll do

Lead technical execution for shared Sentry platform technologies from concept to production.
Drive development of pan-tilt units, compute, power systems, communications, and software capabilities.
Align shared platform capabilities with product roadmaps and mission requirements across business lines.
Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process.
Partner with engineering teams and suppliers for scalable production and long-term sustainment.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience leading complex hardware and software product development programs.
Proven track record delivering sophisticated technologies from concept to production.
Strong understanding of systems integration, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp.
Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts across multiple technical disciplines.
Ability to drive execution and influence technical decisions without direct management authority.
Familiarity with DFM/DFA, qualification testing, supplier readiness, reliability engineering, and manufacturing scale-up.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
