What you'll do

Manage program increment planning, cost management, and schedule tracking for the Sentinel program.
Oversee daily operations including meeting coordination, calendar management, and administrative tasks for senior leadership.
Lead employee SAP access requests for executive leadership and the Program Management Office.
Develop high-level briefings and visualization materials to communicate organizational health to leadership and customers.
Improve existing processes and optimize organizational procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
Manage risk portfolios and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Serve as a subject matter expert to handle inquiries, develop action plans, and coordinate communications.
Maintain project databases and coordinate SharePoint system changes with administrators and developers.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 years of related experience, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application.
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period.
Demonstrated track record in project management, execution, and closeout.
Firm understanding and application of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Experience with Active Risk Management portfolios over $50M.
Executive presence and comfort in communications at the executive level.
Experience building strong customer relationships.
At least 6 years of experience leading a project or driving performance against schedule (preferred).
6 years of experience with EVMS principles or as a Cost Account Manager (preferred).
2 years of ICBM experience (preferred).
Functional and/or Assignment manager experience (preferred).
Program Management and Supplier Management experience (preferred).
Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and with outside organizations (preferred).
Experience managing people (preferred).
