What you'll do

Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects while serving as a liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
Monitor project budgets and schedules while preparing regular status reports for leadership.
Identify project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
Establish mechanisms for monitoring progress and intervening to solve problems with project managers and clients.
Coordinate supplier meetings, travel arrangements, and organized calendar events for support equipment personnel.
Track and report on Support Equipment purchase orders while developing metrics based on that data.
Develop and complete NCAJs and SOWs to cover the full scope of support equipment requirements.
Manage material procurement and find creative solutions to improve project schedule and costs.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application.
Must be a U.S. citizen for positions requiring government clearance.
Minimum 8 years experience with a Bachelor's, 6 years with a Master's, or 4 years with a PhD.
At least five years of experience leading projects or cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of project management principles and proficiency in Agile Development.
Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project.
Proficiency in the Atlassian tool suite and advanced Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to interact with technical staff and customers.
