What you'll do

Serve as the primary liaison between projects and stakeholders to manage expectations and report status.
Manage project lifecycles including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases.
Develop comprehensive project plans featuring work breakdown structures, detailed schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations.
Monitor progress and track performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management standards.
Deliver technical content and briefings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Solve complex problems of moderate scope and complexity to keep projects aligned with organizational goals.

What we're looking for

Project Manager: Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience, Master's degree, or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Principal Project Manager: Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience, Master's degree and 3 years experience, or PhD with 1 year experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
At least 1 year of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management principles and experience in project execution and closeout.
Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project.
PMP Certification and an active Top Secret clearance are preferred qualifications.
