Guidance Systems Integration Manager

What you'll do

• Manage budget forecasting and earned value management across multiple teams and funding sources.
• Serve as the primary focal point for tracking program changes and coordinating impact analysis.
• Oversee daily operations, including direct supervision of staff, work assignments, and workflow schedules.
• Coordinate horizontal integration between project management, planning, and other operational functions.
• Develop high-level briefings and visualization materials regarding program health for leadership and customers.
• Resolve project issues to ensure goals for productivity, quality, and client satisfaction are met.
• Optimize organizational procedures and processes to improve overall efficiency and team productivity.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess an active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, Master's with , or experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in Capital/NCTA management, facilities strategies, staffing strategy, and resource allocation.
• Current and active Top Secret clearance (preferred).
• Minimum of one year of direct people management experience (preferred).
• Experience in aerospace systems or missile systems (preferred).
