What you'll do

  • Serve as a liaison between project management, functional teams, line management, and customers to ensure alignment of program objectives.
  • Develop and monitor integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers while providing status reports to senior leadership.
  • Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) functions as a Control Account Manager to track performance variances and forecast health.
  • Oversee requirements management to ensure traceability, verification, and validation across the technology maturation phase.
  • Coordinate staffing integration, resource allocation, and capability development to meet specific program milestones.
  • Facilitate program reviews and customer engagement activities by delivering clear briefings and actionable outcomes.
  • Implement issue and action-item tracking systems to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop performance dashboards and metrics using tools like Tableau to support data-driven decision making.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, a Master's and 6 years, or a PhD and 4 years (or equivalent experience).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance at the time of application.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program approval.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of large, complex programs with senior customer engagement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for executive-level presentations.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance (preferred).
  • PMP certification and expertise in earned value management and Agile practices (preferred).
  • Experience in system development lifecycle, hardware control tools, and Tableau dashboard development (preferred).
