What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of missile integration programs for 4th and 5th generation fighter aircraft.
Lead cross-functional teams across systems engineering, software, test, logistics, and contracting to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between DoD acquisition offices, aircraft OEMs, and other key industry partners.
Maintain integrated master schedules, risk registers, and cost baselines while managing program budgets and EVMS targets.
Oversee technical execution of missile-to-aircraft integration including physical, electrical, and logical interface controls.
Plan and execute ground and flight test campaigns, including telemetry verification and live-fire tests.
Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and the development of proposals.
Prepare and present program status reports, risk assessments, and decision briefs to senior leadership and customers.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
Must have a Master's degree with at least 6 years of aerospace/defense program management experience.
Must have at least 8 years of aerospace/defense program management experience if holding only a Bachelor's degree.
Must possess a current U.S. Government DoW Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Sensitive Access Program (SAP) clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have expertise in weapon-to-aircraft interfaces, store-separation criteria, and test-and-evaluation planning.
Must have experience using Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk & Opportunity Management processes.
Must be skilled in developing multi-year aircraft integration roadmaps and long-range program plans.
