What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of missile integration programs for 4th and 5th generation fighter aircraft.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across systems engineering, software, test, logistics, and contracting to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between DoD acquisition offices, aircraft OEMs, and other key industry partners.
  • Maintain integrated master schedules, risk registers, and cost baselines while managing program budgets and EVMS targets.
  • Oversee technical execution of missile-to-aircraft integration including physical, electrical, and logical interface controls.
  • Plan and execute ground and flight test campaigns, including telemetry verification and live-fire tests.
  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic planning, capture planning, and the development of proposals.
  • Prepare and present program status reports, risk assessments, and decision briefs to senior leadership and customers.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Must have a Master's degree with at least 6 years of aerospace/defense program management experience.
  • Must have at least 8 years of aerospace/defense program management experience if holding only a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must possess a current U.S. Government DoW Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Sensitive Access Program (SAP) clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have expertise in weapon-to-aircraft interfaces, store-separation criteria, and test-and-evaluation planning.
  • Must have experience using Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk & Opportunity Management processes.
  • Must be skilled in developing multi-year aircraft integration roadmaps and long-range program plans.
