Senior University Recruiter

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all technical intern and new grad roles across the United States.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, partnership organizations, and high-potential candidates.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines by embedding DE&I principles into every stage of the hiring process.
• Design, streamline, and iterate on interview processes and workflows to ensure scalability.
• Train and coach hiring managers on how to effectively interview, manage, and mentor new hires.
• Track and report key hiring metrics, pipeline data, and market insights to leadership teams.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador at university events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Manage the intern program lifecycle including onboarding, event planning, and performance review cycles.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience in a recruitment agency or in-house tech environment.
• Preferred but not required to have at least 2 years of university or early careers recruiting experience.
• Experience with end-to-end hiring in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions, track progress, and communicate metrics to stakeholders.
• Strong program or project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to advise, influence, and build trust with hiring managers and senior partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
