Senior Recruiter

What you'll do

• Manage the full-cycle hiring strategy for the Hardware Platform organization.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, automation tools, and data extraction processes.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
• Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem to engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Build talent maps and use market intelligence to adapt to competitor movements and trends.
• Promote the company brand internally and externally to sell the value proposition to candidates.
• Improve recruitment best practices to ensure a consistent candidate experience and process efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
• Ability to convey complex information simply and drive a data-driven narrative.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and passion for innovating processes.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
