What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end technical program strategy for direct-to-device (DTD) systems integration, verification, and validation.
Drive programs from early architecture and design through qualification testing to meet performance and schedule requirements.
Develop processes to connect engineering, business, and production teams to ensure NTN solutions meet customer requirements.
Serve as the central leader across cross-functional teams to ensure satellite payload and network connectivity meet quality standards.
Create and maintain program plans to track milestones for integration activities, system readiness, and deployment.
Identify technical and programmatic risks and develop mitigation strategies for engineering leadership.
Transition DTD payload development from early integration into a large-scale solution supported by the constellation and device ecosystem.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status due to export control laws.
At least 5 years of technical product or program management experience is required.
Experience with verification and validation of mobile devices in wireless networks is required.
Experience leading large-scale verification and validation programs for wireless communications networks is preferred.
Ability to deliver results in an agile environment while managing ambiguity and prioritizing needs.
Experience delivering programs for large, cross-functional teams using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Proven ability to lead technical program strategy from early architecture through integration and qualification testing.
