Senior TPM, 3GPP NTN Verification and Validation

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end technical program strategy for direct-to-device (DTD) systems integration, verification, and validation.
• Drive programs from early architecture and design through integration and qualification testing to meet performance and schedule requirements.
• Develop mechanisms and processes to connect engineering, business, and production teams for the NTN solution.
• Serve as the central program leader across cross-functional teams to ensure satellite payload and network connectivity meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain program plans to track milestones for integration activities, qualification testing, and system readiness.
• Identify technical and programmatic risks, build mitigation strategies, and communicate status updates to engineering leaders.
• Transition DTD payload development from early integration into a large-scale solution supported by the constellation and device ecosystem.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience with verification and validation of mobile devices in wireless networks.
• Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment (preferred).
• Experience leading large-scale verification, validation programs for wireless communications networks (preferred).
• Experience delivering programs for large, cross-functional teams using data and metrics to provide insights and drive improvements (preferred).
