What you'll do

Own the end-to-end technical program strategy for DTD device integration from architecture and design through verification and deployment.
Drive programs through integration and qualification testing to ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and schedule requirements.
Develop mechanisms and processes to connect internal engineering teams with external vendors, partners, and network operators.
Lead cross-functional teams across business development, satellite hardware, embedded software, and systems integration to ensure device connectivity.
Create and maintain program plans to track milestones for feature development, design reviews, and end-to-end network readiness.
Identify technical and programmatic risks and develop mitigation strategies while communicating status updates to stakeholders.
Scale the DTD device ecosystem by collaborating with hardware, software, chipset, and test equipment vendors.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or an equivalent field.
5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
Experience with verification and validation of mobile devices in wireless networks.
Experience delivering programs for large, global teams using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience in development, test, and deployment of handset and IoT devices onto 3GPP mobile networks.
