Senior Manager, RF System Integration and Test

What you'll do

• Own the multi-year RF and RAN-level verification strategy for Ka-band broadband and 3GPP NTN Direct to Device products.
• Define and execute radio performance verification for launch readiness using lab and outdoor testing.
• Lead RF characterization including EIRP, beam patterns, pointing accuracy, and spectral conformance.
• Verify RAN-level resource management such as scheduling, beam hopping, and link adaptation.
• Manage the roadmap and delivery of custom-built test systems, hardware, and software portfolios.
• Oversee the ground-based monitoring network for real-time visibility of phased array health and signal quality.
• Lead a multi-site organization of engineering managers and specialists across RF, antenna, and protocol engineering.
• Manage annual and multi-year planning for headcount, operating expenses, and capital investments for test infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylumee.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics.
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred).
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including experience managing engineering managers.
• 10+ years in RF, wireless, or satellite communications engineering with significant depth in test, integration, or verification.
• Experience owning verification for a commercial wireless or satellite communications product through launch or general availability.
• Experience owning headcount and capital planning for an engineering function.
