Senior Technician, PMIC Product & Test Development Engineering

What you'll do

• Execute IC validation and characterization testing on bench and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.
• Set up, maintain, and debug bench test systems, PCBs, and supporting lab hardware.
• Perform electrical measurements and analyze data to document results clearly.
• Support hardware and software debug including basic test scripts and measurement automation.
• Calibrate and maintain bench test equipment to ensure measurement integrity and repeatability.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and qualification by correlating bench, ATE, and manufacturing environments.
• Provide high-volume manufacturing support for yield excursions, test escapes, and customer return analysis.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree, or an Associate's degree with 1+ year of experience, or a High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit analysis and hardware debug.
• Ability to read and work from electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, and spectrum analyzers.
• Working knowledge of PMIC and analog measurements like load/line regulation, PSRR, efficiency, and phase noise.
• Familiarity with PCB bring-up, rework, troubleshooting, and soldering fine-pitch components.
• Understanding of engineering statistics, data interpretation, and measurement automation using Python or C#.
• Ability to physically transport and install equipment weighing at least 25 lbs.
