Senior Product Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Own manufacturing test strategy and coverage across product development, NPI, and production.
• Design, integrate, troubleshoot, and sustain automated manufacturing test systems including fixtures and custom electronics.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing test architecture, automation, scalability, and production readiness.
• Lead manufacturing test deployments, factory bring-up, and sustainment at internal and contract manufacturing sites.
• Perform root cause analysis on failed products and identify gaps in test coverage.
• Serve as the primary Product Test Engineering representative at the Ohio manufacturing site to drive technical decisions.
• Mentor technicians and provide technical guidance to future Product Test Engineers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing, deploying, or sustaining automated manufacturing test systems for electronic products.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers in the testing and validation of PCBA and electronic assemblies.
• Hands-on experience developing automated test applications in LabVIEW.
• Familiarity with electronics test equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills for electrical, electromechanical, and manufacturing test systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals including analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and signal integrity.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
