What you'll do

Create and maintain electrical system test strategies and plans for various products.
Conduct electrical compliance and robustness testing according to MIL-STD standards.
Design and deploy electrical system integration test benches like Iron Bird or Lab Cars.
Perform integration testing of electrical subsystems and their functionality.
Analyze failures across unit, integration, and system levels to develop mitigation strategies.
Use data analysis tools to reproduce and characterize hardware failures.
Support environmental reliability testing for PCBA and LRU components.
Develop custom harnesses and fixtures for EMI/EMC and power quality tests.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of relevant industry experience in EMI/EMC, hardware validation, and integration testing.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Familiarity with environmental standards including MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-1275.
Familiarity with Python and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization.
Strong root cause analysis and communication skills.
Ability to travel to remote sites as required.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
