Test Engineer, ATE RF

What you'll do

• Develop ATE test programs and integrate functions into the test flow for silicon bring-up.
• Define RF test strategies, plans, and procedures based on product specifications.
• Perform design characterization and validation on ATE across PVT conditions.
• Use ATE tools and external instruments like oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers to debug issues.
• Execute continuous improvement activities for yield and quality during and after the NPI phase.
• Communicate test results and analysis to cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• A Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Analog circuits and RF is preferred.
• Experience with ATE systems such as Teradyne or 93K is a plus.
• Ability to develop ATE test programs and integrate functions for silicon bring up.
• Ability to define RF test strategies, plans, and procedures based on product specifications.
• Proficiency in using instruments like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and logic analyzers.
