What you'll do

Design, document, and implement manufacturing processes for new product development and full-rate production.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks caused by layout issues, parts shortages, or staffing constraints.
Provide technical guidance to the production team and act as a liaison between engineering and supply chain departments.
Collaborate with the Quality team to establish standards and implement inspection processes for manufacturing capabilities.
Organize and lead workshops to develop creative solutions for complex manufacturing problems.
Analyze material flow using systems such as pull systems, Kanban, and Min/Max calculations.
Ensure all products are built and shipped under stringent quality standards while maintaining safety regulations.

What we're looking for

Must have an electronic, mechatronic, or process engineering background.
Requires 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment building complex electrical assemblies.
Must possess a solid understanding of hardware manufacturing for electronics and electromechanical systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage products through the entire manufacturing lifecycle while meeting quality standards.
Experience analyzing material flow including pull systems, Kanban, and line-side racking.
Prior knowledge and interaction with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.
Ability to read technical documentation including electrical schematics and 3D CAD files.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
