Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer, Electrical

What you'll do

• Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes for new product development and full-rate production.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in line layout, parts shortages, staffing issues, and other constraints.
• Set quality standards and inspect products to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to the production team and act as a liaison between departments.
• Organize workshops to generate solutions for complex manufacturing challenges.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing complex electrical assemblies.
• Proven ability to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes for electronics and electromechanical systems.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP systems like Oracle or NetSuite.
• Strong technical skills including reading electrical schematic drawings and 3D CAD files.
• Demonstrated ownership of products from start to finish, ensuring on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards.
