Senior Digital Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Create test solutions for Silicon Validation and Characterization of SoC products.
• Develop manufacturing enablement strategies for high-volume production of semiconductor devices.
• Design and implement ATE test programs using AI and machine learning models.
• Perform analytical reviews with design and DFT teams to improve yield management.
• Conduct thermal test analysis and support testing for 2.5D/3D IC packaging.
• Develop software and algorithmic models for automated test equipment (ATE) development.
• Execute hardware testing using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
• Prototype optical subsystems through FPGA programming and embedded software development.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Optics/Photonics, or a related field.
• Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Optics (preferred).
• 3+ years of Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, and Linux.
• Experience working with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Knowledge of signal integrity and transmission line theory.
• 1-2 years of industry experience on Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex (preferred).
• Familiarity with active and passive photonic devices and optical communication system metrics (preferred).
