What you'll do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data roles.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
Utilize AI-enabled tools and market intelligence to identify and engage top technical candidates.
Assess, interview, and present qualified candidates while providing insights on market trends.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and stakeholder management.
Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel performance to drive continuous process improvements.
Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within a fast-paced technology environment.
Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data-related technologies.
Demonstrated success sourcing, assessing, and hiring highly specialized technical talent.
Experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing and talent pipelining strategies.
Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills to leverage recruiting metrics and market intelligence for business decisions.
Experience utilizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and other recruiting technologies.
Experience recruiting for Generative AI, Data Science, or Distributed Systems talent (preferred).
Experience using AI-enabled tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms (preferred).
Strong understanding of market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence (preferred).
Experience supporting executive and highly specialized technical hiring (preferred).
