What you'll do

Source, track, and manage a high volume of candidates for software, hardware, and production engineering roles.
Build partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute on hiring deliverables.
Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, and referral campaigns.
Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit while maintaining a high interview-to-offer ratio.
Analyze pipeline and performance data to create a data-driven narrative for improving recruitment momentum.
Develop recruiting strategies that include process improvements and employee referral programs.
Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting tools, web-scraping, and automation for candidate management.
Provide a consistent and proactive candidate experience through clear communication throughout the hiring process.

What we're looking for

Must have 6+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent.
Experience hiring candidates across all facets of engineering, including software and hardware.
Must have 4+ years of client interaction experience with Hiring Managers and Directors to manage requirements and pipelines.
Ability to act in a consultative manner to provide guidance on talent strategy and improve candidate experience.
Strong understanding of the technical skills and experience required for various Engineering positions.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and diverse sourcing avenues like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
Proven ability to manage multiple candidate funnels while maintaining consistent communication and a positive candidate experience.
Experience with advanced prospecting techniques including Boolean strings, data extraction, and process automation.
