As a Senior Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing Operations (Contract), you will join the Talent Acquisition team to manage talent acquisition for manufacturing operations. The role requires expertise in prospecting techniques, data extraction, web-scraping, and process automation. You must possess skills in consulting with senior stakeholders and navigating the complexities of hiring for production and manufacturing engineering roles within a defense technology context involving advanced systems like Lattice OS.

What you'll do

  • Manage full-cycle hiring processes while providing clear communication and reporting on progress.
  • Conduct high volumes of interviews to convert candidates into successful offers.
  • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and referral campaigns.
  • Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data extraction, web-scraping, and process automation.
  • Drive diverse talent into the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with manufacturing leaders to define hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top tier talent.
  • Must have 3+ years of experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders to advise on talent strategies.
  • Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup is required.
  • Experience hiring exempt roles for Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and/or Manufacturing Operations is required.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity at the Costa Mesa, CA office.
  • Knowledge of ITAR policies regarding hiring practices is preferred.
  • Must be able to conduct high volume interviews and manage various high-volume candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency in prospecting tools, data extraction, web-scraping, and Boolean strings for sourcing passive candidates.
