What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for DFX software methodology programs from initial requirements through release and adoption.
  • Develop roadmaps, schedules, and dependencies for DFX flow, tool, and infrastructure releases aligned with chip milestones.
  • Manage the deployment process for DFX tools including version planning, regression gates, and migration paths.
  • Define technical requirements, architecture, and workflows in collaboration with engineering teams during design reviews.
  • Coordinate license and data infrastructure needs with CAD and IT partners to ensure program scalability.
  • Lead verification and validation planning for methodology, including pattern coverage and sign-off criteria.
  • Identify technical and schedule risks while developing mitigation plans and providing status reports to leadership.
  • Build metrics and dashboards to track methodology health, adoption rates, and process efficiency improvements.

What we're looking for

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (advanced degree a plus).
  • 8+ years of combined experience based on a software engineering or computer science foundation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of technical program management experience.
  • Solid understanding of ASIC/SoC design, verification, and bring-up/productization flow including DFT, scan/ATPG/MBIST, and post-silicon debug.
  • Experience managing software, tooling, or methodology programs involving release cycles, quality gates, infrastructure dependencies, and user adoption.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with a proven track record to guide and influence in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with DFX methodologies (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automating tasks (preferred).
