What we're looking for
5+ years of technical program management experience at a high-growth technology company.
Demonstrated ability to drive large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs to completion with minimal direction.
Engineering credibility in complex domains such as observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML systems.
Ability to engage in deep architecture and system design discussions with staff engineers and senior ICs.
Proven track record of earning trust with senior engineering and product leadership through technical judgment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting narratives at the VP+ level.
Active AI practitioner who uses AI tools daily and has built automated workflows or tools used by others.
Experience in observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or AI/ML environments (preferred); experience managing programs with unit economics implications (preferred).
