Senior Technical Program Manager, DFX Engineering

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of DFX innovation programs from architectural specification through silicon validation and field deployment.
• Define architecture, workflows, and integration requirements for new DFX technologies in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables to meet critical build and deployment milestones.
• Act as the primary liaison between DFX Engineering, Silicon Design, Software, Manufacturing, and datacenter operations.
• Identify technical and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with engineering teams.
• Communicate program status and provide leadership with recommendations for managing complex trade-offs.
• Institutionalize standard methodologies and automate project management tasks to drive continuous process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management and 8+ years of overall experience.
• Strong focus on semiconductor development and deep knowledge of ASIC/SoC Build, Verification, and Bring Up/Validation/Productization flows.
• Experience managing innovation programs or research-to-silicon initiatives without established playbooks.
• Ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs in fast-paced environments while implementing process improvements through automation.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automating project management tasks (preferred).
• Familiarity with DFX methodologies including IST (preferred).
• Knowledge of APIs and data analytics for program management and metrics dashboards (preferred).
