Senior Technical Program Manager, DFX Engineering

What you'll do

• Own the full innovation program lifecycle for DFX technologies from concept through productization.
• Compose architecture, workflows, and integration requirements for innovation programs with engineering teams.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables to meet build and deployment landmarks.
• Act as the primary liaison between DFX Engineering, Silicon Design, Software, Manufacturing, and datacenter teams.
• Identify technical and schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with engineering.
• Provide status updates and recommendations to leadership to support technical trade-offs.
• Institutionalize standard methodologies and drive continuous process improvements for innovation program execution.

What we're looking for

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management with a strong focus on semiconductor development.
• 8+ years of overall experience.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of the ASIC/SoC Build, Verification, and/or Bring Up/Validation/Productization flow.
• Experience managing innovation programs or research-to-silicon initiatives.
• Experience scripting and automating project management tasks; proficiency in Python (preferred).
• Familiarity with DFX methodologies including IST (preferred).
• Knowledge of APIs and data analytics for program management and metrics dashboards (preferred).
