Senior Technical Program Manager, Azure Storage Platforms

What you'll do

• Design technical solutions with software and hardware engineering teams to identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
• Define success criteria and build relationships for implementing features in complex cross-functional projects.
• Deliver on roadmaps for multiple feature groups by tracking schedules and managing governance programs.
• Develop staging and implementation plans for various product features.
• Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and writing test cases from scratch.
• Collect performance metrics and manage customer support initiatives through cross-departmental partnerships.
• Lead direct customer engagements to gather feedback and improve services.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related engineering disciplines and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related engineering disciplines and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience reading and/or writing code (preferred).
• Knowledge of networking technologies like SDN and RDMA (preferred).
