What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent experience).
Experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects (preferred).
Technical program management experience driving programs across multiple engineering teams (preferred).
Track record of personally delivering complex programs to completion (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft 365, multitenant SaaS, large enterprise IT, or cloud platform programs (preferred).
Experience partnering with internal business groups, security engineering, compliance, or operations teams (preferred).
Experience with tenant lifecycle, configuration, or onboarding programs at scale (preferred).
Ability to bring structure to new areas and operate in ambiguous problem spaces (preferred).
