What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with software program and release management in tech or related fields.
  • Thorough knowledge of software engineering principles and the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while building consensus to ensure program success.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions and lead teams within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages to build automation scripts, dashboards, and tools.
  • Experience with enterprise system architecture or products in the datacenter space is preferred.
