The Senior Support Engineer, Product Data Quality & Resolution, joins the operational support team to investigate and resolve complex product-data issues that hinder hardware onboarding into data centers. Core competencies include an understanding of server and rack-level hardware, configuration, topology, and Product Bills of Materials to solve critical infrastructure hurdles.
