Senior Product Development and Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership for new product development programs and contribute to technology roadmaps.
• Maintain global design control and provide engineering support for a core product portfolio.
• Manage product design changes related to quality improvements, supplier updates, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using Project Management, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis methodologies.
• Establish or verify product specifications by analyzing test data and customer feedback.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, distributors, and internal team members.
• Create clear and concise technical documentation for both internal and external use.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Three years of experience in Product Development, Product Design, or Product Engineering.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Experience with CAD software and/or modeling (preferred).
• Master's degree in an Engineering or related field from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree specifically in Mechanical Engineering or a related Science or Engineering field (preferred).
