What you'll do

Drive product development and production for missile programs using quality planning, inspection, and acceptance test performance management.
Resolve ambiguities in production related to product maturity, process stability, and field performance.
Champion the transition from new product introduction (NPI) to sustainable high-rate manufacturing processes.
Develop an overall quality plan for missile projects, including qualification of internal and external manufacturing processes.
Lead analysis and improvement activities for product health data on missile projects.
Matrix lead supplier quality engineers supporting design and development activities with suppliers.

What we're looking for

Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality on previous missile or high velocity vehicle systems.
Working knowledge of design review and quality management for missile systems and related components.
Proven ability to partner with reliability engineering, chief engineers, architects, and customer-facing teams.
TS/SCI security clearance required.
Development of overall quality plans (APQP) for missile projects.
Leadership in product health data analysis and improvement activities.
Experience in developing quality systems for low volume, high complexity manufacturing environments.
