Senior Support Engineer, Product Data Quality & Resolution

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve complex product-data issues that prevent hardware from being onboarded into data centers.
• Perform root cause analysis using SQL queries, Python scripts, and the inspection of XML/JSON data.
• Monitor daily manufacturing data feeds to identify and triage quality issues or operational exceptions.
• Partner with global manufacturing partners and engineering teams to ensure corrective actions are measurable and verified.
• Recommend systemic improvements for processes and products based on investigation findings.
• Produce technical documentation, root cause reports, and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage a high volume of support tickets in a fast-paced, follow-the-sun global environment.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience writing SQL queries for technical investigation and data analysis is required.
• Ability to read and interpret XML and JSON data is required.
• Basic Python programming skills for data analysis and automation are required.
• Experience working with REST APIs and related data sources is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting are required.
• Familiarity with server/rack-level hardware, configuration, topology, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) is required.
